We came on a Friday evening to celebrate my husband and it was gorgeous! It was our first time and it honestly made me feel like I was transported back to Nicaragua. The party vibes were on, the ambiance's, the music, the colors, everything made you feel like you were in another country all together. I loved it!! Aylean was our server and she could tell we were first timers, she did an amazing job walking us through the drink menu noting they're famous for their specialty cups and drink concoctions. She also gave us some great food recommendations that we took her up on! My husband ordered the squid, I ordered the Salmon, and my nephew got the enchiladas. Honestly, everything tasted AMAZING! We ended up sharing and eating bites off each others plates, it was delicious! The presentation, the textures, the flavors, it was all spot on! I'm not a huge fan of restaurants that are super loud but Mito also has a pretty big patio that is perfect for a low-key atmosphere too!

The sushi was terrible, the rice was under cooked but the tamarind wings were so good, I'd go back just for those! The drinks were delicious. We went during October for my birthday & the place was decorated in Halloween decor and I absolutely loved it. Our server was dressed so cute and was so kind and patient with our large group. The experience was fun and a great place to go when celebrating. The music choice was great, it was as if we were dining and clubbing at the same time. A bit pricey on the food but you pay for the experience.

Mito in English is a Myth. Thinking this is a restaurant es un mito. Mito is an experience with music, food, and drinks. That is so visually obvious when you walk in and is confirmed by the younger Millennials to older Gen Z dressed to impress and taking advantage of every opportunity for nonstop onstagramable pictures. But everyone is welcome to know not to be loud. Who remembers Chiron Latino? It's a similar vibe. If you are a diehard foodie looking for an experience, you'll enjoy the atmosphere and presentation. The appetizers and pizzas are fantastic. If you are into seafood, you must get the two ceviches!!! So amazingly good, and the presentation is top-notch. The drinks are delicious and do the job they were intended to do. The signature drinks do not disappoint in presentation and flavor. Give Mito a try for yourself at least once!!!

WHERE AM I? Walk out of a dridge Minnesota day and walk into the coolest club in Miami. From a $400 steak to a ha'lal beef taco and everything in-between is on the menu. There is a Kobe steak that is "market price". What?? I'm not sure the Twin Cities are ready for Mito, but it is conveniently located in Roseville right between St Paul & Minneapolis. Let's hope this gargantuan location that formerly was Grumpy's has better luck. With this fabulous menu, talented chefs, forward thinking owner, and professional staff, it cannot miss! Came here for brunch on a Saturday with a friend and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very vibesy, with a DJ playing in the background, lots of fun LEDs throughout the bar and on the ceiling. They had Halloween decor up when we went. The dining room had a lovely aesthetic, but the restaurant wasn't as busy as most other spots during brunch, which is surprising but also kind of a good thing (if you're looking for a place to go last minute without a reservation). It may be due to the location, out in Roseville. I had the San Diego Burrito which was with carne asada, fries, pico de gallo, cheese and some other ingredients. This California burrito vibe was spot on. The asada was super flavorful and the fries and overall taste of the burrito was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised because I absolutely love CA burritos and haven't had a good one since I lived there years ago. One star off because of the price, $15 for the burrito and nothing else, felt like beans or rice were missing, but also inflation. My friend had the quesabirria tacos and really liked them. It didn't come with as much consommé as other birria tacos I've seen elsewhere, but overall pleasing presentation. Mimosas are only $5 which is a total steal so my breakfast and drink were just over $21, I was happy about that! Would recommend this place, not sure why there are so many poor reviews, food was good and drinks were cheap!
